- 310 Unengaged & Unreached People Groups in India (Unengaged means there is no evangelical church-planting strategy
to reach these people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.)*
- India has almost 10 times more Unengaged & Unreached People Groups than any other nation.*
- GTI/IBL has established a goal to transform 100 People Groups through the Word of God and by Planting Churches.
- 15 of these People Groups have already been reached by India Bible Literature.
- Next 10 Unreached People Groups have been identified.

Methodology for Transforming each
Unreached People Group
- Print & distribute 10,000 Bibles.
- Conduct Bible-Content Literacy Classes for 750 Adults
- Train 10 Indian church planters
- Conduct Vacation Bible School for 1,000 children.

First Year Focuses on Bible Content Literacy
- 450 Adults learn to read, learn life skills, learn marketable skills which increases family income, and learn the Gospel.
- Holistic course over 10 months, 5 nights per week, 2 hours per night - Every night includes a Gospel lesson.
- Graduates receive a Bible, and 97% graduate!
- Over 40% of students make a decision to follow Jesus Christ.
- Cost of $25 per student.
- $11,250 total cost for 450 students.

Second Year Focuses on Training Church Planters
- 10 Church Planters trained and equipped over one year period.
- 3 months of classroom work where over 100 hours of Bible are taught each month.
- Each one month of classroom work is followed by three months of practical implementation
in the field.
- First four months emphasize Evangelism.
- Second four months emphasize Discipleship.
- Last four months emphasize the establishment of a church.
- Church planters establish prayer cells and churches among literacy graduates from first year of program.
- Each church planter visits 1,000 homes.
- Cost of $1,200 per church planter.
- $12,000 total cost for 10 church planters.

Third Year Focuses on Vacation Bible School and Literacy Classes
- 300 Adults receive Bible Content Literacy training.
- 1,000 children attend two week Vacation Bible School and learn about Jesus Christ for the first time.
- Cost of $25 per literacy student, $1.50 per child attending VBS.
- $8,500 total cost to transform 1,300 lives.

Total Cost to Transform One Unreached People Group
through the power of the Gospel, Literacy, and Church Planting:
$31,750.
Consistent with all IBL projects, funds are first used to print and
distribute approximately 10,000 Indian language Bibles. Funds recovered from distribution
of Bibles are reinvested in the Kingdom of God to sponsor the literacy students, church planters,
and VBS scholarships as described above.
